Observation

The diaper changing stations in both toddler classrooms are not cleaned sufficiently to meet requirements. The surface under the mats has small pieces of debris with more debris built up along the sides. The mats have cloth tags attached that can't be sanitized. There is bare wood showing through the paint on the wooden sides of the tables and along the top of the half door in the younger toddler classroom. This also prevents thorough cleaning.
